Haha..this is a pretty clever view of things. I for one am not really sure which stage I am in ’cause it seems to vary. Although the Executive level defined here seem to be fun..LOL. Big words and it magically happens. hahaha!

LOL, very true in many instances. Especially in the case of offshore call center agents. I have many friends who fall under neophyte, entry level, worker and employee, and they are exactly like how you described them. Haha. Call center cultivates a culture different from the usual.

Haha. Funny. This is so dead on. Well, except that our Executive likes to do other people’s jobs for them and chooses to come to work because it’s fun to make his subordinates miserable.
