		<description>Thanks for sharing. I think that it&#039;s not enough that a call center agent be able to answer a customer&#039;s questions right. Customers need to hear a friendly voice at the other end of the line, especially if they&#039;re already feeling problematic. Being warm towards a caller helps build trust, which can hopefully lead to understanding and loyalty.</description>
