I definitely agree with you. The simple truth is that when it comes to taking an order via phone, you need a person ready and waiting to take the call at that very instant. If you get the business you want then you can’t afford to have employees answering the phone in their spare time – and you can’t afford to just employ one person on the phones.Me and my wife have our flower shop and we’ve trusted http://www.callboxconnect.com to do an answering service for us.
