In general the above mentioned countries&#039;s consumers ( 97% ) prefer to meet the Customer Service Executives at the Showroom / Stores / Service Centers in order get their complaint resolved.  There are only 2.5% of the customers prefers to call the Call Center, and only 0.5% of the customers prefers to send email and waits for the expectation.  Consumers Psychology vary from country to country</description>
