Did you know that your inbound call center can actually do the same for the New Year? More specifically, is your customer service contact center ready to dish out top-notch customer care for the coming year?

First of all, check to see if all phone, email, live chat, and social media channels are working properly. You wouldn’t want clients ranting about incessant ringing—as early as the start of the year. While you’re at it, why not do a spot check to see how well-mannered your customer service call center team is. And it wouldn’t be a bad idea to make sure that they deal with customer concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible.
