Call center and BPO solutions provider Magellan Solutions joined more than 2,400 world-class companies, which included 500 brand-new exhibitors, at the 2013 SEMA Show, the much-anticipated annual trade and exhibition of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) last November 4 to 7, 2013 at Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada.

The SEMA Show is the world’s premier automotive trade event that showcases the latest in automotive technologies and products from every segment of the specialty automotive industry. It brings the most brilliant minds and hottest products in one venue – this year a one million square feet of trade show space. This year’s event was recorded as the biggest, based on attendance and exhibitors, to date.

According to Fred Chua, Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Solutions, “Magellan is honored to participate in the world’s largest auto event in Las Vegas, Nevada. There were many people who came to see what the show had in store for them. We were able to put our services in front of auto shop owners who are looking for customer service, answering service, back-office and data processing services.”

Chua noted that there were hundreds of trade show attendees who dropped by Magellan’s booth and spoke with him about the company’s inbound customer support, lead generation and BPO solutions. He also said the exhibition also gave him the opportunity to learn new products and services in this industry, and network with other vendors.

Last year, the SEMA Show attracted more than 60,000 domestic and international buyers. About 100,000 attendees came this year to see the latest trends in cars, trucks and motors. In addition, the show provides visitors with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events, networking opportunities and more. Since its establishment, the SEMA Show has been a “trade-only” event and is open to suppliers and target buyers. One of this year’s highlights at the SEMA Show was the Wheel and Tire Hall, which housed most of today’s most impressive supercars and featured the best-in-class technologies from the wheel and tire industry. Top exhibitors such as Falken Tire, Pirelli, Continental and Forgiato all brought their best hardware only to display their products. Aside from displays of this year’s 250 hottest automobiles, the auto show exhibited the newest mobile electronics and accessories, navigation, Bluetooth, satellites, and car audio.
