And one of the best ways to dish out stellar customer service is to act like a small shopkeeper who deals personally with every client.

While it’s virtually impossible to answer every phone call yourself, you can have a customer call center team to give that “personal touch” every time they deal with a customer. From getting the client’s name, to exuding a warm and friendly demeanor—everything counts if you have an inbound call center team working on your side. You have a team of agents attending to customer needs every step of the way—even after the transaction has been completed.
