Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed sales targets/quota and quality measurements to ensure activity levels are sufficient enough to drive results (for outbound).
• Ensure quality customer service and can address concerns with ease and professionalism (for inbound).
Requirements:
• Excellent command of the English language
• Aggressive/strong personality
• Strong tolerance to stress and pressure
• Must be at least college level in any Bachelor’s/College Degree or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate
• Amenable to work on holidays and in shifting and graveyard schedules
• 18 years of age and above
• Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Call center/sales experience is an advantage
• Fulltime position
