INBOUND SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Supervise agents/ associates and must be positive influence to the team.
• Coach, mentor and responsible for the team's performance versus metrics targets.
• Drive the metrics through sound, creative and innovative methodologies.
• Apply logic and process work flow in analyzing floor problems and concerns.
• Demonstrate high sense of urgency.
• Can work across time schedules, even on graveyard shift.
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
• Preferably Supervisor in Call Center environment.
• Excellent people-management skills and customer service, highly motivated and can motivate others, goal-results oriented, high level of integrity.
• Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
• At least 26 years old.
• Full-Time position.
