  • Answering calls, emails, or chat queries promptly
  • Offering assistance and solutions to customers’ concerns
  • Maintaining quality discussions that lead to customer satisfaction
  • Making return calls or verifications to ensure proper disposition of issues


  • Good command of the English language
  • Completed at least 2 years in College
  • Willingness to work on mid, evening, or graveyard shift schedule
  • Availability to start work immediately
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in the Call Center Industry is preferred!
  • Experience in Technical Service or in Inbound Sales is an advantage!
