Inbound Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures.
• Provide concise quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Interact with fellow team members to enhance team performance.
• Deal with customer inquiries, process requests (activation, billing, etc.) and provide other information as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least two (2) years of college education/ a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
• Preferably with at least 6 months of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in an Inbound campaign is an advantage but not required.
• At least 18 years old and above.
• Candidates must be available for immediate employment.
• Full time position.
