The Philippine Call Centers Alliance, Inc. (PhilCall) is a newly organized association of SME-based, Filipino-owned offshore call centers all over the country.

The organization’s operating philosophy is to set a high standard of customer relations management and professional ethics among its members; to be in the forefront of instituting industry alliances and linkages; and bring into the national and international path the added value of working with SME Call Centers.

PhilCall’s key objective is to serve as a prime catalyst for continuous advocacy and reforms for industry development.
