Contact Center Agent
- Answering calls, emails, or chat queries promptly
- Offering assistance and solutions to customers’ concerns
- Maintaining quality discussions that lead to customer satisfaction
- Making return calls or verifications to ensure proper disposition of issues
- Good command of the English language
- Completed at least 2 years in College
- Willingness to work on mid, evening, or graveyard shift schedule
- Availability to start work immediately
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in the Call Center Industry is preferred!
- Experience in Technical Service or in Inbound Sales is an advantage!
