- Write articles about industry best practices
- Write articles about BPO and call center industry and its people
Qualifications:
- Only candidates interested in freelancing will be entertained
- Experienced writers with online research skills
- Must have a portfolio
- Interest in the BPO and call center industry a plus
- We are also interested in writers with a social media presence
