Fred Chua, an ECE graduate from UP Diliman, is a serial technopreneur. He founded Magellan Solutions, a 1300-seat Contact Center & BPO, in 2005 and My3D Concepts (3D2go) in 2014, providing end-to-end 3D scanning, prototyping, and printing services for both consumer and corporate markets.
His lastest venture is an Internet of Things (IOT) company called Silikon Technologies developing diversified solutions for monitoring and automation in different industries. He’s also an investor, director and board member of ESi Labs, a technology development and consulting company focused on IC Design, Verification and FPGA solutions.

Mark Dee
CEO at Magellan Solutions USA
Under the visionary leadership of Mark A. K. Dee, Chief Executive Officer, Magellan Solutions USA was launched as a consultancy and service provider with a primary focus on business process outsourcing, healthcare administrative support, IT development, energy solutions, and call center services.
With an exceptional 21-year career in the United States Air Force (USAF), Mark held various management positions contributing to his extensive leadership expertise.

He excelled as the manager in his tenure in the USAF under the Immunology and Microbiology department and as Assistant Director of the Medical Laboratory, Facility, and Security Manager. Finally, he retired from the military in 2008 as Superintendent/COO of a 129-personnel medical support squadron.

After retiring from the military, Mark ventured into the service industry. He successfully led a restaurant chain as the CEO and developed other businesses in the martial arts studio and 3D printing industries, exhibiting his entrepreneurial spirit. Mark's educational achievements include a BS in Health Sciences and Hospital Administration, Master’s in Business Administration, Master’s of Science in Systems Management at Notre Dame de Namur University, Graduated from the Senior Executive Leadership School from the USAF, and Board Certified in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.

Arby Simon
Chief Operating Officer
Arby is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the organization. He identifies ways to leverage cross-program strengths to capitalize on emerging opportunities and effectively address organizational challenges through collaboration and innovation.
As COO, with his excellent leadership, leads, develops and retains the company’s high-performance senior management team while ensuring continued financial viability of the company’s operational units through sound fiscal management guided by the company's core values.

Arby earned his bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University and started his career with PwC Philippines as a financial auditor. He previously held leadership and management roles in IBM for more than 5 years and 10+ years in the BPO industry before joining Magellan as Implementations Manager. He became the Director of Implementations wherein his team successfully improved client retention thereby helping Magellan expand the business.

Annamie Santiago
Chief Financial Officer
Annamie C. Santiago is a CPA, CIA, and CFSA. She completed her Regis MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business and has 12 years of experience in internal auditing, specializing in financial, process, system, and banking audits, with a strong foundation in risk management and control processes.

She currently heads the Accounting and Finance Department, reporting directly to the CEO. She is in-charge of the overall management of Accounting and Finance Department. Her major responsibilities include looking for investment opportunities to maximize profit; developing and streamlining of systems and processes in FAD; ensuring qualitative; quantitative assessment of the company’s financial performance; establishing leadership role in the organization; and upholding the mission and vision of Magellan Solutions.

Vernon Belgira
Chief Technology Officer
Vernon Belgira is a dynamic technology leader and Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer with 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and innovation. He manages the full tech lifecycle, from hardware and software deployment to ongoing enhancement of enterprise systems.

With a strong focus on aligning technology with business objectives, Vernon leads strategic initiatives, manages vendor partnerships, and ensures full compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations. Henry serves as Business Development Director for Magellan Solutions, responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, developing and implementing plans designed to increase existing business with the overall objective of meeting long term company objectives.
He has more than 15 years of international business development and client management experience. He has served as Regional Manager in different capacities like Business Development, Franchising, Support and Governance as well as Sr. Regional Manager for Emerging Markets covering the Middle East, South America and South East Asia. Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in the University of the Philippines, and has taken relevant courses in Management in International Business from Universitas 21 Global.

I first joined Magellan Solutions in 2017, where I spent five enriching years before exploring new opportunities.
Drawn back by the strong family culture that defines Magellan, I proudly rejoined the organization three years ago.

Hi, I’m Joseph! I took up Bachelor of Arts in English at UP Diliman, and since then, my career has been one exciting ride! I started out as a call center agent way back in 2004 for a UK Directory Assistance company. In less than two years, I found myself diving into the world of training -- and I haven’t looked back since.

I’ve worked with a little more than a couple of big-name BPOs over the years, taking on supervisory and managerial roles. I even took a detour to teach English to foreign learners and helped manage language institutes (yes, it’s been quite the journey!). Eventually, I found my home at Magellan Solutions -- and it’s been an incredibly fulfilling chapter.
